Koosolekut alustas lühikokkuvõte möödunud kuu saavutuste kiire kokkuvõte. Peale seda arutati liikmete küsimust, kuidas me peaksime defineerima enda liikmeid ja kuidas defineerida noorliige. Seejärel vaadati üle Liisgreni poolt valmis tehtud majandusaasta aruanne, kus on vaja veel lõpetada tegevuste kokkuvõte. Järgnevalt tuli arutusele 21 ENFi korraldus ja uute peakorraldajate otsimine. Sessioonide teemal jätkates tegi Eerik ülevaate Nõmme RS 2021-st. Nõmme jaoks on vaja veel leida toitlustus ja lõplikult panna paika päevakavad. Akadeemiline meeskond on enda tööga valmis saanud ja ootavad enda sekka delgeaate, kes otsustati, et tulevad peamiselt Eestist. Viimase punktina peavad Nõmme peakorraldajad koos juhatusega leppima kokku mis saab sessioonist, kui koroonaviirusest tingitud olukord ei luba seda sellisel määral korraldada. Peale väikest pausi jätkus koosolek brainstorm-iga. Iga juhatuse liige pani kirja millega tahab põhjalikumalt poole aasta jooksul tegeleda ja millega saab teisi aidata. Seejärel vaadati üle 2021 aasta kalender ja toimuvate ürituste plaan, mida tutvustatakse põhjalikumalt üldkogu.

The meeting started with personal updates from the board. After that the board discussed how they should define their members and group them. They then looked over the financial report of the year, made by Liisgren, which still needs to be finished with some summaries of events. Next They discussed the organising of 21 ENF and how to find new Head Organisers for the event. Continuing the theme of sessions, Eerik, the Head Organiser of Nõmme RS 2021 gave an overview of how far they are with the session. They still need to find catering for the session and need to discuss a cut off date for the session. The academic team is largely done with their part of the work and are waiting for applications of delegates, who will be mainly from Estonia. After a small break the board had a brainstorm, where the board members all named their goals for the upcoming half year and discussed how they can help each other. After that they looked over the calendar for the year and the plans for upcoming events, which will be introduced in the general assembly.
