2020 aasta viimasel juhatuse koosolekul osales juhatus täismahus. Koosolek algas väikese kokkuvõttega kuu aja saavutustega, seejärel liiguti aastalõpugala korraldamise juurde. Arutati palju inimesi on oodata ja otsustati kuidas seda läbi viia. Järgmisena andis Nõmme RS peakorraldaja Eerik ülevaate sessiooni seisundist. Üritus on toimumas uutel kuupäevadel (17.-20. Aprill). Teemaks tuli ka arvete tasumine seoses sessiooniga ja orgadele tööde jaotamine. Peale seda tuli jutuks ENLi poolt saadud iga-aastane rahastus ning selle allokeerimine õigetesse kohtadesse ning kuluaruande tegemine. Peale väikest pausi arutati 2021 aasta üldkogu ja otsustati, et majandusaasta aruanne peaks olema veebruari alguseks valmis ja üldkogu toimub veebruari lõpus. Joel Laanemäe andis ülevaate ja arutati vilistlaskogu moodustamist, et kaasata TENsionääre ja otsustati see TENi 20ndal sünnipäeval korda saata. Arutati ka töörühmade moodustamist. Langetati ka otsus muuta TEN Facebook EYP EE nimeliseks, et lihtsustada koostööd sponsoritega. FB haldamise eest hakkab vastutama üks isik töörühmast. Viimase punktina arutati koolidega koostööd ja otsustati, et tuleb luua koostöökoolid, et lihtsustada kommunikatsiooni koolide ja TEN vahel.

The whole board of TEN was present at the last meeting of 2020. The meeting began with a brief overview of this month’s accomplishments, after the overview they moved on to the organization of the winter gala. It was discussed how many participants will there be and how to organize it . Next, Eerik, the head organiser of Nõmme RS, gave an overview of the status of the session. The event is taking place on new dates (April 17-20). Paying the bills for the session was also discussed and the distribution of work to the organizers. After that, the annual funding received by ENL and its allocation to the right places and the preparation of an annual report were discussed. After a short break, the General Assembly of 2021 was discussed and it was decided that the annual report should be ready by the beginning of February and the General Assembly will take place at the end of February. Joel Laanemäe gave an overview and discussed the formation of an alumni council to involve the TENsionäärs and it was decided to organize it on TEN’s 20th birthday. The formation of working groups was also discussed. It was also decided to change TEN Facebook to EYP EE in order to facilitate cooperation with sponsors. One person from the working group will be responsible for the management of the FB. As a final point, cooperation with schools was discussed and it was decided that cooperation with schools should be set up to facilitate communication between schools and TENs.
